Stopped in around noon on a Sunday, and it was extremely busy! Despite the long line, there were several staff members working hard to keep things moving, and our drinks came out much faster than we expected, which was a happy surprise. The only downsides were that the table we sat at was wobbly and kept shaking, making it a bit annoying every time our coffees splashed around. The washroom was also very clean, but unfortunately there was no soap available. Overall, the team did a good job handling the rush, and with a few small maintenance details, the experience would have been even better.

This review is for morning Tim Hortons 5 AM visit: 5 stars! The service is enthusiastic, and the entire place is sparkling clean. The floors, tables, and chairs are all polished and well-maintained. A perfect environment for breakfast. 5 PM visit: It’s like a different restaurant. Everything becomes quite messy.

Went into this Tim's and thought it would have improved, it has not. The display cases were almost empty. There was a shelf against the wall with pastries to fill display case but I guess no one could be bothered I ordered 20 assorted tim bits and got all the same kind with the exception of two chocolate ones. My second mistake was saying I would pay by cash. The young lady seem to be struggling to give me the proper change. I was then told she is short 30 cents. I said I can pay by debit. She said she could not reverse the transaction. Maybe this could be included in training. Als
