Stopped by this Tim Hortons while exploring the beautiful trails around Tynehead Regional Park and it turned out to be one of the most convenient coffee stops in the area. The location is excellent, especially for people walking, jogging, or cycling through the nearby park trails. Having a place to grab a quick coffee, cold drink, or snack right after a long walk makes the experience even better. This Tim Horton’s is in the Esso gas station. It’s nice because it’s beside Tynehead Park. If you are driving by, you can get your gas and grab a coffee through the drive-thru. If you have more time to spare, you can grab a coffee and sit at the one for the tables available inside or outside, if the weather is nice. When my family and I visited, we saw that the kiosks were slow and wouldn’t let us pay with our debit card but we were able to do our order in-person since there was no line up. Very disappointed with Tim Hortons. Every time I visit, the staff are rushing and the service is very poor. I ordered a coffee and a bagel, asked for double toasted, but the bagel was not toasted properly and was cold inside. The quality is not consistent and the food was not made correctly. Very bad experience and needs improvement.
