Honestly, this Osmow’s is just not it. Every single time I come here, the portions are terrible. The chicken on the sticks is barely has anything, half the time they don’t even cut the chicken properly, never put enough fries and they’re always stingy with the sauce. Like… why am I paying full price for half a meal? The food always feels rushed and sloppy, like they don’t care at all what they’re putting out. It’s frustrating because Osmows is supposed to be good, but this location makes it look bad every single time.What makes it worse is that this is the only Osmow’s in Georgetown, so i’m k

Ordered door dash from this restaurant tonight. There was a hair in my wife's chicken on the rocks, we also ordered two wraps and can no longer eat any of the food. Horrible quality control. For the worker tonight, cover your head or your beard with a net.

Tue May 5th @ approximately 3pm . Ordered rice for the family ,got home only to be disappointed finding the container half filled ,if that! Rice only cost them 10 cent to make and they still shorted me after paying 8 dollars . Ridiculous ,zero stars .

Had a great experience at Osmow’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Raghav. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. His positive attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even better.
