I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent takeout order we received from your establishment. We ordered two Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine with Grilled Veggies and one without, along with three desserts: an Apple Pie, a Strawberry Cheesecake, and a Caramel Toffee Cheesecake. Upon arriving home, we were disheartened to find that the food was burnt, with the breading on the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine excessively charred, rendering it almost inedible. We ate as a couple here tonight as we needed a quick bite. We ate at about 6:45 pm. The quarter chicken and cheese burger was well cooked, hot and delicious. The interior was nice and the bathroom was clean. Our server Ethan was great and shared a joke. I would recommend this Swiss Chalet location

I show up for my order at the time it was supposed to be ready, then had to sit and wait for another 16 minutes. I Ordered 2 chicken parm classics and they forget the pasta??? It was a piece of chicken in a cardboard box. Tried calling 10 separate times and no one would pick up the phone. ***Just to add an update for anyone else who is reading the reviews, I was offered $20 in store credit which doesn't cover the cost of one of the chicken parm meals they messed up!

Family of three adults after a long day working, we decided to have one of our favourites. Classic Burgers with fries and their signature dipping sauce. We all notices the absence of the 1/4 pickle in all our boxes and afterward, we all commented on something we never expected: I think their sauce containers are either shrinking or they’re giving far more fries than last month. We all ran out of sauce and A LOT of fries remaining.🤔 The burgers were, of course, outstanding. 4 1/2 Stars
