I just visited this Tim Hortons location for what is probably the eighth time. This is by far the best Tim Hortons in all of Hamilton. I get Tim’s every day and And have tried so many locations so I think I have enough merit to confirm that this is the best location in the city. My bagel is always perfectly fresh and fluffy, never stale like so many other locations. My latte is always so crispy and well-made. I went thru the drive thru last night around 11 pm and was so shocked about how rude the blonde employee was. I wanted to add something to my order and she got all upset about it. She was so mad she that she had to add something to the order and made it very clear that she was. I wouldn’t return to this location ever again. A very upsetting experience.

The service is too much slow they need more stuff im waiting for mobile order and its been 15 minutes

Very slow drive through they should increased the staff either trained staff to work fast. I always saw one same lady, which was today may be she is alone there but i went there a lot of time usually night night time, she even not serve with smile even not fast service. Tim hourtans means fast service but that tim is very slow by drive through. Seriously !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
