I've been ordering from this place semi-regularly because the menu is fairly large and it is within walking distance from work so I get food to-go. The food is fresh and hot, and me and my husband have enjoyed pretty much all their pasta dishes. The major issue I have with this restaurant, is the fact that they keep giving me expired soda. I've brought this issue to the staff's attention, and then the next time I go, they give me expired soda AGAIN! This is now the 3rd time I've been given expired soda, and this time its OVER A YEAR EXPIRED!! So be careful if you order soda when going here,

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Boston Pizza. We came as a group of 18 for a farewell get-together on a Wednesday at 11:30 AM, specifically to avoid the lunch rush. The person organizing it had also called multiple times beforehand to ensure the restaurant could reserve and prepare space for us, yet when we arrived, they were clearly not ready. There appeared to be only one server handling everything. We understand staffing shortages happen — many of us have worked in restaurants ourselves — but the biggest issue was the lack of communication and attitude. A simple apology or head

Visited this Boston Pizza and had an amazing experience thanks to Mahée! The food was great, but the customer service was next-level. Mahée was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly the best service I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be coming back!

I ordered onion soup and shrimp Alfredo on uber. Got my food and opened onion soup. No soup all the bread soaked it up and all I had was mush.. thats ok. To be expected. What I didn't expect was opening my pasta and finding a whopping 4 tiny shrimps in the whole thing. Seriously are we hurting that bad I cant have the shrimp I overpayed for in my pasta. Shame on you guys.Do better!!!
