I went to pick up a box of smile cookies. First, I was told to pull over and wait a few minutes. Later, they brought out the cookies and specifically said they were fresh. Well, they weren’t, and I’ve never had such a poorly-tasting cookie. The smile cookies were hard as rocks and burnt! These aren’t cheap, and to be told they were fresh and get these? I’ve attached a photo for clarification. Also when I bit into them it hurt my mouth. This type of product makes me never to want to support this effort if Tim Hortons cannot even bake a proper treat. Tim Hortons has lost its way. Bring back

This location is frequently out of ingredients needed to make items that Tim Hortons advertises-to the point where I have asked for up to four different drinks and none of them were available, only regular hot coffee. They almost never have the core cold brews that are available year-round, and on multiple occasions I’ve tried to order seasonal or holiday items that were unavailable. Because this has been such a consistent experience, I’ve already reduced how often I visit, and after today I likely won’t be returning. I visited Tim Hortons and had a really good experience. Shelly and Love served me very nicely and were very polite and friendly. The service was quick and they made sure everything was correct with my order. Overall, I really appreciated their behavior and excellent customer service. I would definitely visit again.

I visited Tim Hortons this evening and had a very disappointing experience. The lady taking my order was not paying proper attention while I was ordering. After taking my order, she later said the item was not available, which should have been communicated earlier. On top of that, my order was not prepared properly. When I tried to explain the issue, instead of accepting the mistake and resolving it professionally, she started arguing with me. I understand mistakes can happen during busy hours, but respectful customer service and better communication are important.
