I have loved this location for years and now it’s getting even better!! They’ve recently added flowers and gift baskets and I can’t get enough of it💐🌺🌸! I really thought that nothing could make me feel better than having a cup of coffee after work but these new additions have brightened my mood even more <3! Even tho I’ve always loved this location for its convenient location and how they always make my coffee just right, the new changes have officially inspired me to finally write a review!! This is hands down the worst branch of Tim Hortons in London. Every single time I visit, they are out of iced coffee — how does a coffee shop constantly run out of one of its most basic and popular items? It’s honestly ridiculous at this point. On top of that, most of the time they close the store 30 minutes early. Customers show up during posted hours only to find the doors locked. Completely unprofessional. Let me explain my rating. I’m a regular at this location and visited almost daily, which is why the recent changes have been so noticeable. The food, service, and overall atmosphere used to be much better, largely because of the staff. Several of the strongest employees appear to have had their hours reduced or were let go, and they were the ones who consistently created a welcoming environment. This location already has its challenges, limited seating, a cramped layout, and heavy foot traffic outside, and the previous staff handled this with professionalism and care. The employees are doing their best with what they’ve been given! The tyrant that owns this place has allowed the toaster to be down for over a month while making the employees toast every single item on the grill. (Bagels for example) This has resulted in insanely long wait times and the majority of customers just giving up and leaving prior to making an order. I’ve attached photos of a separate visit at 2pm with a completely full store and 1 employee trying to handle it.
