Great Tim Hortons at Baseline and Wellington! The staff are always friendly, the service is quick, and my coffee is consistently fresh. It’s a clean, comfortable spot to stop by any time of day. The only small downside is that there are sometimes a few homeless individuals hanging around, but the staff handle things professionally and it doesn’t take away from the overall good experience. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations in London!

Did a mobile order before coming in the evening there was a long lineup in front but the staff was busy with drive thru only. I called the female staff who was working there she ignored me felt as if I did a mistake ordering. If it’s busy kindly put additional staff we can’t wait 15 minutes for one coffee. Pathetic service. Then had to come back as coffee had no sugar as she said machine is low on sugar.

Their coffee is always hot and fresh, and their sandwiches and baked goods are delicious. The service is usually quick and friendly. It's a great spot for a grab-and-go breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend the Ice Capp, especially as the weather warms up!

Staff here are really nice but whoever is on make table please can you spread the cream cheese and butter! This is the third time I’ve gotten a cold lump of butter and it’s just gross… the bagel is double toasted there’s no reason for this. Toast, butter, cream cheese it’s that simple…. Other than that nice store but could clean the tables more often.
