This was my first time visiting Tim Hortons, and I had a great experience. Elliot was incredibly helpful and kind, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys making customers feel welcome. He definitely brightened my day! The drink I ordered was delicious and totally worth the stop.

I use this drive thru every morning before work. Yesterday I ordered a 0lain bagel toasted with butter and plain cream cheese and got a bagel with butter..today I ordered the same thing and got a plain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese... Why is paying attention to detail so difficult? I am really getting tired of ordering just for them to get it wrong. They used to be the best location until about a month ago...the staff needs to do better and read the order screen instead of just guessing... super annoyed this morning.

I was in this location yesterday. A lovely lady with a walker came in and ordered coffee. She asked for a bag as the coffees would fall off her walker. Simple request, right? Particularly with a visibly disabled customer? Wrong. She was denied. Even though she was given one the day before. Apparently your precious bags are not for the customers, but deliveries only. The lovely lady offered to pay for it. She was denied. ANNA needs to be reminded what compassion is, and removed from serving customers, as she proved to be a complete and utter fool. Not only was she acting in a disgusting manner

We go Dailey something we can afford but doesn't mean I deserve this kinda quality 🤦🤢 Every time my boyfriend goes to this Tim Hortons, the orders are wrong. It’s a simple sandwich, yet it’s either missing ingredients or has extra stuff that shouldn’t be there. On top of that, he’s charged different prices each time—sometimes for a cracked egg when there’s no egg on the sandwich at all. It’s unacceptable to have to call and go back every single time.
