The team is genuinely so nice and welcoming. Trish always greets you warmly, like a caring mother. Bella makes perfect drinks with a smile every time, and Sarah is wonderful too. Thank you to everyone for consistently keeping the taste and quality on point. I don’t remember all the names, but you all are awesome! A gentle reminder — good things take a little time. People can be impatient, but it’s worth having some patience for that great taste. Keep up the great work

Hi everyone, the service was great and respectful. I ordered a coffee. There was a line up but it wasn't long and with a blink of my eye I got my hot drink and drove off. Amazing work staff.

Your staff is so rude and not welcoming. Serving cold tea and coffee that are supposed to be hot. If you ask them anything they give you attitude back. I’m not expecting much when I go to a Tim Hortons because for years most interactions are poor, but this morning I think the girl working the inside might be the worse employee I’ve ever dealt with.

There was a mix up with my order and I was asked to contact customer service to correct it. The online folks were great but what really gave this a 5 star service was Christa reaching out personally and apologized for the teams error. Honesty I was good as mistakes happen, but she really went above and beyond. Thanks Christa and thanks Tim Hortons!
