Overall, it is an average. A big selection to choose, sometimes they have new ones. Sugar, ice and toppings adjustable with two different sizes for cold. I love their salted egg yolk sesame drink. It was not overly sweet and not too rich, but with both flavours present. I think this is the best creation I had at Chatime. Favourite flavour: Roasted oat milk tea with half grass jelly and pearls. Miaa★★I specifically asked for a room-temperature matcha latte with no toppings like pudding or anything else. When I ordered, I initially said "regular size," but the barista asked if I wanted a large instead—and I agreed to switch to large. However, what I got was an extremely hot latte that’s completely undrinkable! It felt like the barista didn’t understand a word I said, and they also kept pushing me to add toppings. The experience was really terrible, and now I just have to sit here waiting for the drink to cool down before I can have it. Additionally, the "matcha" in the matcha latte doesn’t
