Terrible service. I ordered large ice coffee without ice and they give me not a full cup. Also they take away the actual receipt and give you a duplicate so you don’t have a survey to fill. So now I have to expose them thru google reviews. ONLY THIS LOCATION IN METROPOLIS ACROSS FROM MCDONALD IN METROPOLIS METROTOWN. The other Tim Hortons are okay and will give you the receipts so you can fill their survey and give actual amount of coffee. DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION. Unit 1157 - 4700 Kingsway

Very disappointed with the service today at Tim Hortons. I ordered an iced latte, and the cup was not even filled to the upper line even though ice was included. The coffee quantity was very less. When I politely asked the staff about it, instead of fixing the issue, they started arguing with me and said, “Give us a review, we don’t care.” Such rude and disrespectful behaviour from the staff is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and proper service. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
