On May 10th 2026 at 3:10pm, I went to this Tim Hortons to get four free timbits from a coupon. When I got there, the woman at the window rudely said that the coupon was not valid at this participating location. The coupon said valid for regions in Peel and Mississauga is in Peel so this was their first mistake and I told them to double check that Mississauga is in Peel. They didn’t say anything and just scanned the coupon and it worked as expected. Secondly, they ended up giving me three timbits even though it said four. I came to buy a latte as I always do everyday in different tim Hortons this is the second time they put sugar in my latte without asking. Latte does not come with sugar unless client ask. Second time I come back and nicely tell the guy that they put sugar and if they could change it and he said lattes come with sugar. (I did not ask for it) After he just gets rude and argue when I am trying to explain to check the menu and gets very arrogant. Very unprofessional behavior. And the same guy who have it wrong the same guy that was rude.

Poor customer service on multiple occasions. Today I went and the lady refuses to make fresh steeped tea and told me she will only give me whatever was left, which was stale and more than 20 minutes old. They need to brew a fresh pot every 20 minutes. I was very disappointed in how I was treated.
