Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cheese flatbread today and it was completely burnt. The whole flatbread was black, dry, and not edible at all.I was not asking for anything extra or trying to create a problem I simply informed them about the poor quality. Instead of handling it professionally, started arguing with me. There was no apology, no respect, and no effort to fix the issue.Customer service was very unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not how customers should be treated.I am not going to visit here again and I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Despite dealing with long drive-thru lineups and a busy store, they maintain an amazing, positive attitude. I find the drive-through experience quite frustrating due to how rushed the ordering process feels. I wanted to place an order of a coffee and a cookie but as soon as I said my coffee the person taking my order stopped talking to me and went to take the order of the car in the next lane. understand the importance of keeping the line moving, especially during busy times. However, a small order like mine should take less than a minute to complete. Experiences like this make it difficult to feel confident that larger or more detailed orders will be handled accurately.
