I have visited this place several times on Sundays, sometimes with church members for dining in or takeout coffee and snacks, and other times on my own. The atmosphere is cool and pleasant—perfect for dining with a group or solo. Although a drive-thru is available, we usually just walk across the street. The staff are nice and provide good service, and it’s clear they enjoy their work, which makes the experience even more welcoming.

I think that this Tim Horton’s location is my most favourite out of all of them in the Tri-Cities, the staff are friendly and actually have the knowledge not to mess up your order, the atmosphere doesn’t really get that busy and the food is the classic chef’s kiss Canadian comfort food. If you’re not feeling like Coffee today? No problem! There is a Wendy’s next door in the same exact building like an indoor food court with 2 restaurants!

I go to this Timmies once a week or every weekend and find that the staff are really nice and friendly. This is one of the busiest Timmies around and I can tell that staff do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Dining tables and washrooms are clean always!

This place gave me a grilled cheese that wasn’t melted at all, the cheese literally was still solid. they gave me the wrong doughnut and it literally just tasted like bread. This is one of my worst experiences and I will not be coming back here. This was Obviously made in a rush and is horribly done.
