GhostRider ghost★I usually give credit where credit is due, but here the food is not fresh at all. My honey cruller was as hard as a rock. Never going back to this place ever again.
Mh★Please fix your restaurants hygiene system and service. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. I can’t be paying for a drink with MOULD in the whip cream and whip cream on my cup. Wash your hands before giving me my drink and clean my cup before handing it to me. I could see from my car bagels on the counter, this is disappointing.
A G★Came around 8 PM Saturday to the drive-thru and was greeted by workers having loud conversations and laughing over the microphone while I waited more than 2 minutes just to place my order. They didn’t even mute their mics, so I was stuck listening to their conversation before eventually deciding to back out and leave. Very disappointed to see how much the quality of professional customer service has gone downhill.
