Line ups are long so be prepared to wait ( I don’t mind waiting ) , kind of inconvenient when it’s mid class break. but food is still good and so was the service I wish they’d bring back the vegan burger because it was actual food I could eat as a vegetarian instead of settling for some wedges.

Why don’t you guys take action on all these reviews?9 out of ten times they make my order wronggggg and don’t even apologize!!! It is so frustrating i mean you are operating this on campus and not having basic sense is just so frustrating!!!! Strict action is needed for this location! Almost everytime they make my order wrongggg!!! Same thing happens w almost all of my friends!!! I can see why this location has 3.5 ratings .LEVEL UPPP!Fix your MANAGEMENT.

This was one of the most disrespectful and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. I visited this location twice in the same day, and both times multiple staff members ignored me completely. In the afternoon, I stood waiting to place my order and no one acknowledged me. I tried to be patient and let it go. However, when I returned in the evening, the same behavior continued. Staff were busy talking among themselves, forgot my order entirely, and showed no urgency or concern. When I politely mentioned that I was in a hurry for class and asked for my order, instead of
