I have met her several times, but I noticed her name on her name tag last Wednesday, and I wanted to make sure she gets the appreciation she deserves. Her positive attitude and great service really stand out. Employees like Harleen make the experience much better.
AJ Kellough★★★★Always busy BUT pretty quick and friendly. Honestly the main issue you'll have here is parking or the drive thru cause both can be awkward. Staff are always quick and well mannered. The few times I've gone inside the dining area was a bit messy and the bathroom was pretty gross, unfortunately.

Even on my days off, I will drive across the city to come here, specifically. They seem to be the only Tim Hortons location in all of Kitchener Waterloo that consistently makes iced capps properly. 👌Seriously. Rusty Nail★I’m honestly really upset about what happened at the Tim Hortons at Victoria and Westmount. I’ve always had a good experience here until tonight. I went to order a French Vanilla. When I got to the window, she hadn’t even finished making it yet, but still took my payment — $3.05 in coins. Right after touching my money, she closed the window and went straight to put the lid on the drink with the same hand. That’s not sanitary. I asked her politely if she could wash her hands or just give me my money back. She refused and said she wasn’t giving my money back, then slammed the window in my face
