We went to the restaurant as a party of 4. The food was exquisite. The Restaurant has a set menu of 4 or 6 dishes, the whole table has to choose the same option. The interior of the restaurant is quite rustic. The service was good, but did not meet the Michellin star standards - for the 4 courses that we had, the cutlery wasn't changed even once. There were no table cloths, so basically we needed to put the dirty cutlery on the table and then reuse it for the next dish. Two of us ordered the wine selection to accompany the food (3 glasses of different white wines), the glasses were not changed

Incredible restaurant- people in Pau are so lucky! We came here with our in laws who are local here. What a wonderful place and the food is beyond the world. I have never had something so delicate and delicious at the same time. Highly recommend and not to be missed if you’re ever in Pau!
