We were sat by the kitchen and it was beautifully clean and the chefs even removed the microwave to clean all round it when they had a spare moment at end of lunch serving. We had a menu of day of chicken breast on sweetcorn puree with crisp radicchio and crunchy broccoli. A lovely mix of tastes. Followed by carrot cake which was a huge portion, but this was a little dry and crumbly although tested very good. The toilet was very clean and smelt devine
