Wow! We were treated to a three course culinary masterpiece from chef Lööck and his team. The salmon two ways was delicious; the pop of the caviar, the light citrusy tang of cured fish and the creaminess of the terrine brought the dish over the top. The main was just as exciting with a perfectly seared steak covered in a chicken farce and rolled in bread to then be buttered and finished off.
