Everything is done on a charcoal grill, while you wait you can get a tea or get one when you are done eating. They also have ayran (yoghurt drink) freshly made and kept cool in a dispenser. The place self is somewhat small and not family friendly but that's okay. The food is top notch, the charcoal taste really stands out and the quality is just the best you can get.
