I had expected maybe a few more beers on tap, but what the taps don't have you can easily find on cans in the fridge. The lady behind the bar was very cheerful and helpful and the beers were delicious. There was a considerable din (loud music) coming from the neighbours but we still managed to hear each other. After arriving by tube into the city we tried desperately to find this pub walking through dodgy streets and up hundreds of steps when finally we came across this extraordinary pub in a traditional street with tight knit terraced houses with washing hanging out the windows.
