Must go for any seafood lover. Interesting and fun menu exploring different cultural influences and cooking techniques. Both the seafood and vegetables were full of flavor and unique tastes, really enjoyed the use of vegetables from the sea. The drink pairing was done well featuring sherry, vermouth, and kombucha in addition to wine. Favorites: Crustacean Sequence, Brioche and the preserved fish (pate, sardine mackerel), Skate wing with potato foam, Grilled wild fish with maitake mushroom and XO sauce, Flower Sorbet Overall really well executed and great seafood flavors

We came to the restaurant with high expectations. The atmosphere and vibes were great, and you can clearly see that the chef is very creative and puts a lot of thought into the dishes. However, unfortunately, the creativity sometimes came at the expense of the taste. Out of the six dishes we tried, only one really stood out and tasted great. The others were interesting in concept but didn’t quite deliver in terms of flavor. An exceptional dining experience at Fishology in Barcelona. What impressed us most was the artistic design of every plate and the incredible freshness of the seafood. While the Italian influence of the chef shows in the beautiful harmony of the colors and cutlery, the service is what truly stands out. The staff is incredibly caring and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel personal. We paid 360 euros for two people, including wine and the bread-caviar service. A perfect place if you want to celebrate something special with amazing seafood and a warm, professional team.
