Came here for lunch unplanned. Being vegan, most everything I checked on Happy Cow was closed on Tuesday. We just stumbled on this place (between city hall and Santo Tomé). Turned out to be a fantastic find. Had Beyond burgers, veggie paella, ane either vegetarian or vegan pizza. We had the vegetarian pizza without cheese (got mushrooms, no vegan cheese). Good service, calm atmosphere (Nora Jones type of music playing). They did have a giant table in the middle, so I could see it as noisy if a big group of people were seated.

"I had an early lunch at this Toledo café and was impressed: the service was fast, the staff was accommodating, and the quality was top-notch, especially given the incredibly cheap prices—the true star! The one drawback was the calamari bocadillo, which took too long, was rubbery, and quite oily (would not recommend that specific dish). However, for a drink or a quick stop, I would absolutely recommend this place.

Pulpo Braseado con Cremoso de Patata (Grilled Octopus with Potato) 21 € ★★★☆☆ Beautifully plated, but the octopus was unfortunately overcooked with a slightly burnt flavor. The potatoes were interesting—fried but not crispy, more like the texture of steamed potatoes. Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella) 14 € ★★★☆☆ In contrast to the octopus, the paella was undercooked. The rice had a watery texture, and the seasoning lacked depth. White Wine (Sweet) 2.8€ ★★★★☆ Light, refreshing, and served well as an apéritif.

Good place for breakfast in Toledo. The place does not look particularly fancy, however the food and the service are amazing! Food is super good for the price and the service is very polite and helpful! One additional advantage of the place: they are open and serve breakfast “early” in the morning. We were there a Sunday around 10:00 and most of the places were still closed. Not this one :)
