27/06/2026 I visited the Ashton store today. Went to the ‘Ladies’ - no-one in. Whilst in the cubicle I heard someone come in and go in next cubicle to me. I vacated mine to wash hands when a very large man came out of said cubicle ‘seemingly’ checking as he was in uniform (Domestic). I was very aware I was a lone woman and vulnerable.. I could have been a child/young girl. He DID NOT announce his entering the toilets, who he was or his purpose. This is not good practice. I trust this will be addressed with urgency.

Lovely store, well stocked with helpful staff in the clothes and home wear depts. The food hall is quite small but very well stocked and staffed with really nice staff who are always happy to help. The cafe is lovely and well worth a visit we had an ordinary latte and a seasonal one and both were delicious and,I’m assured the cake was lovely !! The young lady that served us in the cafe was very professional and welcoming - also if you download the sparks card app for every 6 coffees you buy you get a free one !!

I am posting for my sister who is not into tech stuff. Last Monday or Tuesday she had a 12 noon appointment for a bra measuring service. The lady she was seeing was 10 minutes late because she was chatting to someone, my sister could see her. The lady measured my sister around the chest OVER her jumper, she did not measure for cup size. Lady said my sister was 47dd adding that a bra extender would be needed from a 46. So, my sister bought 3 bras on the ladies advice at 46 dd. The chest size is too big and the cup size is horrendously big. So sister has 3 bras that are useless at £66. Disgracef
