The staff are always friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. However, almost every time I visit there is a long queue and many tables are left with dirty plates and cups for quite a while. It feels like the place could really benefit from having more staff to keep things running smoothly. I’ve also noticed that the plates and cups don’t always look very clean, so I usually choose takeaway containers instead. On a couple of occasions I also saw products that seemed to be past their expiry date, which is something that should probably be checked more carefully. The coffee is actually

Was so lovely eating and enjoying drinks here. We just finished a hard day's work of charity shopping and draahti ray was extremely pleasant and welcomed us warmly. Our drinks were delicious and food was very hot, will be coming back

Absolutely crazy took 25 mins to get two takeaway coffees on a Sunday because one person serving and making drinks at 3:30. Regular customer but this is ridiculous especially when have a toddler and dogs in the car outside with my wife, thinking a quick stop off before we dog walk. Crazy. What makes it worse is the coffee was awful couldn’t drink mine.

We run a local web design business called Indigo Marmoset and come here and meet our Banstead clients for our web design workshops. Love the coffee and cakes (so do our clients!) and it is the perfect venue for a quiet chat. we have a meeting planned for next week so looking forward to latte :)
