Popped in yesterday for takeawy tea, and coffee with three mince pies. Staff were excellent with their service, mince pies warmed, service prompt and very friendly. Would definitely use again next time we are in Bognor

Awful service. They did not call my familys drinks so we could not see them due to the people infront of us, meaning they went runny. My mango bubble frappe was over a 10 minute wait. When I asked if it was being made, the "maestro" with medium length hair and a beard acted rude, slamming things and angrily shouted my drink out even though I aimed to apologise to him. The boy on the till "Jack" could have helped but instead only stayed on till especially with a "15 minute wait for cold drinks". This is a nice and cheerful Costa Coffee, the staff seem pleasant although I was waiting a long time in the queue because there may have been a shortage of staff. It was quite busy in that place but there were plenty of seats available, and a good few outside. The seats and tables are fairly close together and there was a shortage of very soft seats but I was comfortable enough on one of their padded seats. The only problem was that although I asked for a decaffeinated coffee I’m fairly sure I was given caffeinated, because I’m feeling very strung up and tense a few hours later; exactly the sa
