Normally have a great time and the girls who work there are all really nice but apparently the air con is broken which meant the door had to be left open when it was 13 degrees which ruined the atmosphere in my opinion because everyone in the shop was sat with either coats or big jumpers on. Considering how much they charge for a cup of coffee I should hope they'd invest in fixing the air con soon so that it's actually a comfortable place to drink our drinks!

It's a Costa. However, staff could be a lot more attentive to the interior conditions. There were crumbs on the floor in severalplaces & despite 3 members of staff, and not being overly busy. NO attempt at cleaning was performed during my time.

I go to this coffee shop every Monday with my granddaughter. The staff are always pleasant and attentive. Unlike most Costas drinks and food are bought to the table for you. The shop is very child friendly. Can I add I do not believe some of the reviews concerning the staff!!
