A very modern looking M&S that is right in the centre of Bury, with a good selection of clothes, clean toilets, a good café and a great food hall. Will definitely come here again if I'm ever in Bury!

Primarily went here to have lunch in the cafe but not impressed with the new menu. The toasted flatbreads are not at all attractive compared to the regular toasties available over Christmas. Why do M&S keep changing things and stop producing items that are well liked? It is the same in the Food Hall.

My 80 year old husband had a fall in M & S Bury on Friday 30th Jan and the staff were amazing at looking after him, health and safety really took care of him and to top it all they telephoned him later that day to check he was ok. Amazing and outstanding service
