Manager wouldn't refund my bra as I had tried it on even though the clasp broke the first time I wore it. Don't think she realises how expensive it is to buy bras when you are a H cup. Bet there wouldn't of been a problem if I wasn't a plus sized customer.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your Canterbury store during my recent visit on Wednesday, 06 August 2025 at approximately 4:00 PM. Staff here are always amazing, especially in the food section. Sadly, the choice of men's garments is a waste of time. Whoever does their buying has lost their way to good taste AND style! The only reasonable stuff is their pyjamas and undergarments, oh and hats. Forget the suits, shirts and coats.
