Came this morning for for a coffee and chocolate twist and was exceptional service checking allergens for me and being very friendly and kind. When I got to work I realised I must have been given someone else's coffee. Didn't call or anything as accidents happen. Anyway by chance I ended up going back for a late lunch later in the day and mentioned my coffee in the morning and the lovely staff remembered me and gave me my tea for free. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I only left a bad review at a London costa couple of weeks ago for mega contrast in customer care. Maybe the London

The best espresso I've had from a Costa in ages, possibly years, someone's actually taken the time to dial in the grinder properly and care was taken making it. Milk drinks were good and staff extremely friendly. A way above average Costa experience.

Popped into Costa on our way back from work. Received great customer service from Mickey, who even suggested a pup cup for my little mate in the van. (I didn’t even know Costa sold cream cups for dogs!) I would highly recommend as the customer service was excellent! My little mate loved the cup of cream! Customer Service 10/10 Communication 10/10
