O Starbucks what have you done.. Staff look so uninterested. There's no smiles. No politeness. Just a very depressing experience definitely will not be returning thank goodness we have Costa coffee. The whole experience from being to end was not good. There was a large queue waiting to place orders. One person servingat the till. Other persons just standing around on mobiles not one of them thought to open a second till to get the queue down. No cash excepted!!! Made my order no smile nothing. Had two toasties both over cooked and chewy. Iced latte tasted like wishy washy tea... Iced cappuccin

Good location in the mall. Nice staff. Most of the seats appear dirty and there are a lot of tables full of cups, plates and rubbish. I can see why many people go to Gregg's 20 feet away 😟

Rude and unpleasant staff refused use of the toilet to my pregnant partner today even though the centres toilets are closed and direction is to use starbucks or Greggs. Had been loyal starbucks customers but will not visit this branch again under any circumstances.

Very overpriced food. A toasted sandwich is half toasted. The cakes are tiny. The coffee is far to milky. Go large sorry grande and pay for a little more hot milk. The whole experience is awful. We only go if we are desperate or cannot find a much better and more value for money option.
