Ordered 3 drinks in drive through, they charged us for 4 drinks then wouldn’t give us a refund and said we had to take the drink we didn’t want. She also did one of our drinks incorrectly and was happy to pour it down the sink when she realised it was incorrect. Poor service, won’t use again.

*Disgusting* Both the service & the toilets. You never get a service with a smile, only use this starbucks because it is nearest our location, but todays service was hostile & very rude. Waited ages for our drinks (which the coffee always good). But they were practically thrown down in the counter. The staff clearly didn't want to be there, obvious they not happy in their workplace. I went to the disabled toilet as others occupied, wish I hadn't, they were disgusting. 💩 smeared all around the rim. Obviously I didn't use, went straight to a member of staff, had to say "excuse me" twice, before

Terrible service, asked for a cloud Frappuccino. Looked liked milky chocolate. My nephew had already half drunk his coffee before I even received mine. Asked for a refund.
