Made a complaint last year about a staff member staring at me and being rude. Head office told me that my dissatisfaction was valued and this would be taken into consideration, ive now been told by the same staff member that the area manager has confirmed that Im to be refused service because I made a valid complaint? Great customer service. Not asking staff to kiss the ground where I walk but if you're going to refuse service to me for making a complaint then why does head office even take customer complaints in the first place? Used to be a nice coffee shop now it's run down no management or organisation in place numerous tables full of dirty dishes young staff standing behind counter having a laugh, no rush to serve customers. May as well be a crèche for kids, could add more pics but don't want to intrude on others privacy. Several tables like this.
