Great staff. But it’s really starting to look run down. Sat on ancient settee that was as stained terrible. Arms had torn fabric with foam showing and foam picked out and spread on floor. Staff excellent but it badly needs refurbishment and it’s not nice meeting friends in a scruffy coffee shop

What a lovely experience this morning. The server on drive thru around 1030 this morning was so kind. We had had a very rough night looking after our end of life relative and came to Costa to refuel. Her kindness and overall attentiveness really meant so much to us. The food and drink we got was also 10/10.

I only bought a Decaf Cappuccino medium through the drive through. Cost £3.95 Good customer service and was quick, but their coffee is nothing to rave about. I'd rather pay a bit more for Tim Hortons or Starbucks.
