Myself and 3 friends visited here last night, we ordered mozzarella sticks for a starter they were lovely however, when our mains came we were very disappointed. I ordered pizza with burrata and buffalo sauce, when my pizza arrived it never had the burrata on the top and missing the buffalo sauce which was okay! She then brought them over and instead of burrata I was served a ball of mozzarella, the buffalo sauce tasted like sweet chilli mixed with mayonnaise not buffalo. Nice place and all but my pizzas base was crunchy the closer to the crust it was. So solid that the knife wasn't able to cut it. The service was nice but I have a humongous gripe. There's a service fee. This is a hidden fee that only shows up after you've chosen to visit the place, after you've chosen your food. For this awful system for customers. Actively working against them, I will not return. (Just let people tip, it let's people reward quality and isn't a hidden fee)

Came here with a friend before heading back home for some dinner. My friend is celiac so needs to be cautious about the food she eats, when we went in she was given the allergy menu and the staff were helpful in answering any questions she had about how the food would be prepared. We were told that there may a chance of contamination as the kitchen doesn't have it's own specific celiac friendly area. Luckily there has been no symptoms since coming back. We went in at the end of January when it was still half price, even at half price I felt ripped off. The place was empty yet it took 35 minutes for anyone to notice us, after being seated. It took another 25 minutes to get a steak and a pizza, the waiter tried to tell me this was because I ordered medium-well? The ribeye was genuinely inedible. Somewhere between it being the worst quality grisly meat and the taste it had been barley thawed out in a microwave, a steak knife wouldn't cut it! Not to mention the mountain of raw black pepper that insured I couldn't taste the rest of the meal. First
