Me and my boyfriend went yesterday at around 4pm. The woman who served us told her it was her second day, and that she was still learning the ropes. She managed to get my caramel whipped frappe so quickly, and my boyfriend’s medium hot chocolate. I told her I’d drink anything if she pressed the wrong one, because her customer service was so good! ❤️ I hope to see her there again, she’s incredible!

Lovely staff, clean and organized way of attending customers during Covid. I had cinnamon spiced cappuccino and an after eight muffin and both were good :)

I had a great experience today but the manager there today was hostile to his employees which have helped me hundreds of times through out the past year with my allergies I cannot remember the name of the manager in question but I do think that he should be more kind to the employees there

Decent Coffee, shame about the manners of certain staff! Total Ignorance! Yet again , the staff should try & smile!! Only decent thing was the guy making the coffee! Which were 10 out of 10
