Enjoyed my visit. Plenty of staff behind the till. Busy atmosphere. Some seats available on Sunday at midday. Quite busy overall. Staff serving quite consistently and other staff cleaning tables as there was a people coming in frequently. Only waited 3 mins for my coffee and toastie.

Absolutely shocking! these 2 female worker that serves you in the shop are so unfriendly and they look at you like ****. Plus! There was no sugar for my coffee and when I asked they just shrugged there shoulders like it was not there problem. I left and went to Starbucks and got a great coffee and brilliant friendly atmosphere. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THAT CISTA

was out shopping and on my way home decided to grab a hot chocolate to take away. never had an issue with costa before but this one just wasn’t great — more watery and not as chocolatey as usual. bit disappointing. service was fine though.

Awful visit to Costa East Kilbride. Plenty of staff on duty but all more concerned with admin jobs than serving the customers. Ten minutes wait for two teas. Chipped cup and chipped teapot. Table sticky.
