Always a Pleasure – A Fantastic Team! I always have a great experience at the Marks & Spencer in Epsom. The team here does an amazing job at keeping everything running perfectly, from the busy Food Hall to the clothing departments and the café. Every staff member I’ve encountered is helpful, polite, and genuinely seems to care about customers. Whether I’m popping in for a few bits or doing a bigger shop, the service is consistently excellent and efficient. It’s such a well-managed store with a lovely atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

This store hasn't got many size 8 clothing. Most of the women clothes are size 10 up. It is quite difficult to buy any clothes in this store as it hasn't got my size. Even I tried to buy my size online, it is out of stock for a very long time. What a shame.

I was in your store on Thurs buying childrens clothes & wanted your T lights as well which I couldn't find. I asked an assistant her name was Simpy she was so helpful she found a pack downstairs for me then went upstairs to find more. It was so nice to go to a store and find such good staff. On going to till I had another pleasant assistant named Anna. They made my trip so pleasing plus I got 20% of children's clothing that day. 😀 L Robinson
