Molly May★Worst Costa I’ve had so far. Coffee looked and tasted rushed and noticeably not as good as other Costa coffees. Looked like somebody had been doing the dishes in my cup. Food took way too long and the cake was pretty gross like it had been sitting out for too long. There was cleaning in progress signs everywhere even though there was no cleaning in progress lol - that was a safety hazard for anyone trying to carry a tray of food and hot drinks. Staff need better training.
Khushbu Deuja★Very horrible experience as when me and my partner was waiting for our coffee one of the staff a tall male middle aged guy assumed my husband was a delivery driver and just started talking in loud voice saying “you are from Just eat there is your bag over there” very disappointed that some people just assume whenever they see a brown or different color person they are doing delivery or whatsoever. And coffee was extremely sugary for some reason. Will never go back again

Staff are exceptional especially Jamie she always amazing and goes above and beyond , always remember you and they make the effort to chat to you etc. First class customer service for sure, and the drinks and food of course are always amazing
