Had a great visit to costa on my lunch break! I don’t go to costa much normally, staff have felt more welcoming in other coffee shops- However, that has really changed, i had a lovely lunch break, the lady that served me was called Beth and she was just fantastic, she helped me with what to get, helped make recommendations because i’m indecisive and then made me a decaf whipped iced latte which i’ve also been told in other stores that i can’t have decaf but she made it work for me and it was delicious, she was so friendly!! I use costa coffee all the time but after my move to Falmouth been in this costa a few times & there customer service is terrible . Not one of them know how to smile or know the word please or thank you. Tables are always dirty . Costa you have sent me packing to Nero coffee where the customer service was excellent. I don't ask for much with my coffee but a little respect would be nice .

Visited today coffee and cake fine but the staff and her interaction with the public totally failed , don’t bother speaking to the customer it’s better to talk to your colleague ignore the customer and not complete an order and then when reminded rather than saying sorry and getting the product make up an excuse that your tidying the work space , what she was actually doing is talking to her colleague filling takeaway cups while I’m stood waiting for a cake first and last time visit for me
