I just had an amazing experience with three wonderful ladies — Bibika, Krishna, and Divyaisha — at Costa Coffee. Their service was excellent, and they truly made my day better with how attentive and considerate they were. When it started raining, they quickly brought out the covers for customers sitting outside. I was there and one of the staff was rudely hurry me to pay. Clearly she left me. The called perfect matcha was very watery no enough strawberry syrup and matcha as well . I’m not a recommending this please at all. I bit dirty absolutely the staff was not polite.

Filthy, slow and staff don't know how to make coffee. Filthy dirty: judge for yourself from the photos Slow: it took 8 minutes for my coffee to be made. Disgusting both in terms of presentation and taste Staff: unfriendly, almost close to the point of being rude. And there are only two of them. The barrista told me that the chocolate sieve was broken. Well get a new one then! There are not enough mains points and tables are small or round so not ideal for working.
