I don't like my food being touched when it's on the plate. Don't appreciate a lime in my drink being dry, not fresh or going off either. Not keen on unwrapped straws being handed without washing hands. Not pleasant to sit by a dirty table, since all of them are dirty and sticky all over. Wonder why there would be brushes and dustpans left in the middle of the floor as you walk up to the counter. Making an order is like bothering the staff really. Won't visit again.

Nice staff but as with most chains no local or Scottish produce. Booming music does not help the atmosphere.

Bad tuna melt, pointless off to one side saucer. Average cheese ham toastie. Pretty boggin really. Starbucks way better

Our first visit to this Costa Coffee store, which is located within the Shopping centre. Parking and access is good, disability access is good. The Costa store has a few tables outside (within the main concourse) and a few small tables inside the store. It's fairly tight and I can imagine it being pretty tight when (and if) busy. I was ordering a few Bacon rolls and sausage with a couple of hot drinks. I had to wait just under 10 mins for the order to be completed, the order was presented in their standard paper bags - all was good. The quality of the food is obviously debatable, it's pr
