I liked the hot chocolate and the atmosphere. But the Asian lady named Yashmeen was touching her nose while she was taking my order. I asked the other lady to make my drink but I still had to get change from her. Then she went to wash her hands but didn’t use soap. Just water.

Very disappointing visit. The last time I came here I arrived 10 mins before closing and was told they had turned off all machines and unable to order. Today I waited in the queue of one for several minutes and was completely ignored by the barista as he made his orders for the previous order. Absolutely no interaction whatsoever. Can't comment on the food as I left. £5 for a coffee, the least a customer can get is acknowledgement they are even there.

Disappointing experience when we popped in for a quick brunch earlier this week. We asked for toast but there was no bread left to make toast. How can a cafe that offers toast on the menu run out of bread? There were no vegetarian sandwiches as they had none left. Everything is overpriced for what it is. The Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate was far too sweet and I couldn’t finish it as it made my teeth hurt. I wouldn’t come back.
