I always appreciate the team in Starbucks in Horsham! Always so vigilant, patient and happy to serve! Diego was my server for both my trips today and even recommended a drink I'd not had before which was delicious! Would have marked 5 stars but to be honest, with this heat, it's unbearably hot and stuffy in the cafe! (Hot and stuffy most of the time tbh) It was busy when I visited both times today and barely anyone stayed in due to the sickly heat inside! Starbucks in Horsham is one of my fave's. I do use independents as well but when the service and the price is this good, why not! I always get great service and the coffee is fab. They are dog friendly so taking the pups in there for an occasional pup cup (which is free I might add) brightens their day. They get very disappointed when we don't go inside or they have to wait outside with my husband and don't get one. Starbucks gets a bad wrap sometimes but our local Horsham one is fab. Luke and the team are always very nice and will help if and when they can! :) Thank you!

Congratulations you managed to mess 2 out of 3 drinks on a Deliveroo order. Not for the first time and now I feel I need to leave this as a review. Refreshers are shaken not blended and a white chocolate mocha has coffee in it. The order is printed in the labels if I could give 0 stars I would. If every branch was this complacent there wouldn’t be a company I suggest training and reading lessons in this branch
