I love Starbucks coffee, isn't cheap but definitely worth it. Very useful is Starbucks App, you can get free drinks after collection enough of points/stars. I have never tried food in this place so can't tell if is any good. Please Starbucks, bring back Creme Brule Frap into your menu, best frap ever.

Got my order wrong twice in 5 minutes. They just quickly churn the drinks out without actually listening to customers orders properly. There are many other Starbucks in hull with much better service

The coffee is .mostly done right,the odd time they forget to put caramel in our drinks, the only bug bare is it's full of students with lap tops who take most of the seating up and most have one drink and make it last 4 or 5 hours ,its like walking into a classroom,, the drive through takes priority over the actual inside area, please sort the students out and make it more for the general public, thank you
