“Great food range and decent prices”

Popped in for lunch with my brother and partner in the high street. Till staff, looked miserable, the whole interaction felt rushed (we were the only customers). We ordered 3 toasties. One was bought on a small plate the other two left in the bags not cut up. No cutlery was offered and when we asked for a glass of water we were redirected to another station but there was non. When we politely asked if it could be filled they said yes but it wasn’t. Overall as someone who works in customer service it was a bit appalling considering this is a higher class establishment

Today in Mark's and Spencer Lincoln cityI was greeted by a fantastic member of staff Josh,asking if I had a Mark's and Spencer app,I told him I did ,and asked if I could order a pair of jeans in store ,he said yes and was so helpful and told me how I went about ordering them,I then joined the queue, and another member of staff we're called to the tills as they were so busy ,and who should come to the till ,but Josh ,he completed my order of the jeans I wanted ,he was so helpful professional ,and amazing ,im 66 and have never in my life had such an a happy, amazing member of staff serve me eve

Staff on tilt need to pay better attention. I was to do an exchange for a gift sent to my through M and S. I told the sales rep repeatedly that it was an exchange. Yet, she put it as a refund and the money went to who sent the gift. And would take days for the person to receive it when I had a new product to exchange it with. I had to pay for it myself. On the positive side, they have good quality products in their Lincoln store. It will be helpful if customers don't have to go around looking for staff to help them when searching for items to buy. It's a big store, having staff stationed at d
