Went for a bra fitting yesterday so Wednesday 17th 12:30. I was very anxious about this as never had one before and I have body dysmorphia. Especially when it comes to bras. Alison was helping me and she was incredibly understanding. Not only that she was beyond pleasant. We spoke during my bra fitting and I opened up to her about myself and for the first time in a long time. I felt accepted truly accepted for who I am. She gave me my confidence back. Krystal & Hannah are superstars! Came in the shop with 5mins till close needing some desserts to turn up to a dinner with... Rushed in only to find the freezers had been cleared out. I asked the girls what the crack was and they said everything would be stored upstairs until tomorrow. They asked me if i knew what I wanted, which I didn't... They could've sent me on my way, but they stayed after hours to bring me down 10+ options and the ones they suggested went down a treat! Credit to the business. Top girls. Thank you, thank you 🙏🏼

Good shop. BUT. The security guard follows you around. Look at other 1-star reviews and it's the same guy. He's done this many times to me and I finally asked him 1) Is he following me around, he replies Yes. 2) I then ask Why, and he says "just doing my job". I understand that it's his job to look out for suspicious activity etc, but I have been in the shop many times, never ever done anything like shoplifting, stealing, etc. I am trying to buy normal items like food but it's absolutely infuriating to be singled out like this each time when it's populated with plenty of other shoppers, and fo

Depressing, grubby little cafe. Service painfully slow, no-one clearing or wiping down tables. Come on M&S you can do better! One, thing though, coffee and toasties were hot and tasted quite nice.
